The experience was great up until near signing. Cole was awesome, helpful getting the vehicle we we're interested in, and making the process quick. Now I had been looking at similar vehicles nearby (bout 40 mins) and noticed they had much better deal, but when I brought this up to Sales Mgr Mr John Wayne his tone completely changed angrily he said that dealer was a liar and he was already losing money on this deal and wasn't gonna budge. After he walked away he continued to rant (I couldn't hear sorta deaf) but the wife did and it was disrespectful to my wife, myself, and poor impression was left where we no longer wanted to purchade a new vehicle from Skyway Buick. The boss over him apologized for his actions but it really felt like empty words. More
Second visit to this dealers service department, couldn’t even get greeted. Service writers just sat there and looked at me. The shop had two vehicles in, one on oil change lift and one parked in front of even get greeted. Service writers just sat there and looked at me. After 10 minutes, I backed out and went to Landers Chevrolet and so glad I did, found a new, professional service depart for my GM. More

I went to Roper to test drive a WRX sedan. The salesman, Steve Bull, informed me that it was policy for the salesman to drive. Normally, I believe they would trade places after a few minutes, but Steve insisted that I could not drive. I wrote to Subaru directly, who confirmed that I should have been able to drive the car. Further, they said they spoke to the sales manager, John O’Hara, who would be contacting me to set up another test drive. It’s been some time, and I have not received a response. I cannot say how they treat those who have bought from them, and I don’t intend to find out. More
