I’ve been a Toyota customer since 2005 when I bought my very first car from them brand new-a Toyota RAV4. And I’ve been going to this dealership and use their service department to service all my Toyota vehicles I had over the years. Mr Joe Darcy is an great asset to this dealership’s service department. His customer service skills is extremely exemplary, he’s very courteous, professional and one of the best assistant service managers since I met him the very first time when he took over my account to replace Jesse Barksdale who he replaced years ago. He trained his people so well that I never really had to call him out his office for anything or problems if I encountered any during my visits to this dealership’s service department.
