The main reason I drive round trip from Des Moines, IA to Omaha, NE to get my car serviced is the excellent, detailed, and caring technical services provided by Rob Freeman, Josh (technician) and the rest of the Smart crew. When business becomes caring and genuinely friendly to get the job done right the first time is when business becomes successful. They ARE Awesome and to be commended !!!

Unfamiliar with Smart Dealers in other locations then Illinois. I contacted Smart Center of La Vista. Talked to Rob made a appointment. He advised appointment to save time. When arriving at time and date, was made comfortable and told how long time would take and when time to finish, it was done. Rob Freeman was also same person that greeted us and finished up with us.
