I was completely satisfied with my new car buyers experience. Salesman was great, took time to answer all questions, explain everything, and did not pressure us at all. The finance man was very easy to work with also
Service was scheduled for a time convenient to me, and was completed in a little less time than estimated. Due to very cold weather, the free car wash was not done that day but I was given a card for a free wash at my convenience. I wouldn't hesitate to have my car serviced there again.

Smart Honda staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to my car. The building is very clean with plenty of chairs in the waiting area. Andy was great at getting my oil change and tire rotation done in a reasonable amount of time.

Brought our 2016 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and requested info on tire replacement. Service was done promptly while I waited. Missy Halferty was very thorough in her explanation of cost for replacement tires...although noting that current tires were still safe. And when we need help on operational issues for our ne.w Honda Accord we like to turn to our salesperson, Katie Oswalt. She's fun to work with and knowledgeable as well.

Had a blowout due to one of Des Moines' classic winter potholes! The service department did not have the specific tire in stock but got it there in less than 48 hours. Our service rep, Missy Halferty, always is courteous and thorough in her explanation of service.
