"Five Star Experience"

My experience here was a five star experience. When my battery light appeared on my dashboard, I obviously had no idea what was wrong, but I was able to get my car into John L. Smith quickly. The guys there learned the problem and fixed it just as fast, and the work was done very well. I also commend the excellent customer service I had while being at the dealership. Needed an oil change and inspection on my jeep. Asked to have them check on a small leak. They thoroughly explained the reason for the leak and did the rest of the work in a timely manner.

"GREAT customer service!!"

I purchased a vehicle from John L. Smith a few months ago and immediately started having issues with the vehicle. After much frustration and feeling as though this dealership was the same as all of the other ones who toss you to the ground after you purchase your "it's a done deal", I posted a lengthy complaint on this review page. They could have just ignored it and chalked it up to one unhappy customer to their apparent mountain of happy customers, but instead they definitely took a huge step to try to fix EVERY unhappy customer that they have. They took my complaints and worked with me to find the best solution possible for me. I didn't felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. I was so extremely upset and angry that I, myself probably wouldn't even want to give my own self the time of day. They took my frustration and helped me so much. I am now happier than ever in my Nissan Rogue! I definitely felt and still feel the warmth and helpfulness that they have to offer here. I am embarrassed by my actions because of how easily they solved my problem. I have since recommended this dealership to 3 of my coworkers at my hospital! Thanks so much for dealing with my problem, my vehicle, and my craziness! A special thanks to John Barone, Tim Nester, and Jeff Johnson!

I've had two of our cars serviced here and so far they have provided great service with a great customer service attitude. I like having a smaller local auto service center I can use and so far I've been happy with my transactions. I'm teeing up more service opportunities to the tune of $2K+ with them if that says anything.

I have had them all serviced here during my ownership (John Andrusko & Korrey Lewis) and am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and professionalism of the service manager and assistant manager and all of the sales staff John Barone). I have also obtained very competitive financing through this dealership on all my vehicles( Jeff Johnson). I highly recommend John L. Smith for used car sales and excellent service department.
