He was polite, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable----he was EXCELLENT! *****5 stars! We had direct contact with Sean every step of the way---he was very easy to reach at any time. Sean was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed and answered ALL of our questions...and even told us to contact him at any time after we left with our new car---and we WILL-- since we will be upgrading our flipphone to an IPhone so that we can take advantage of all that our Navigation/ Display Audio System has to offer. I brought my car in for a service. Larisa Racenis was the service representative. She was professional, helpful and friendly. She brought to my attention that i had a couple of recalls on the car and a the service representative. She was professional, helpful and friendly. Also, one thing that i asked her about could not be taken care of that day. She had suggestions that solved the problem and made the visit successful and therefore, i didn't have to return another day. Unlike other salespersons I visited earlier (who were very pushy), she was was very professional and let me take my time in the decision making.
