I have been sealing with Smythe Volvo since 1967 and have always been treated professionally for service and sales. My only complaint I have was being presented with too many options of warranties at the end always been treated professionally for service and sales. Previous purchases were for used cars and very few warranty choices were available on used cars that we kept for many years. I was at fault for not requesting information way ahead of closing. Soon thereafter, he had my loaner vehicle to use for the day, ensured I was comfortable with driving round a tight bend, and I was on my way. Later on, after he called me to notify me that my car was ready to pick up, he walked me through the work and returned me the car with the same thoroughness and efficiency as we had exchanged vehicles in the morning.
