Everything was okay until the return of the vehicle. It look about 45 minutes for them to find the car in the lot and deliver it. I received several emails saying that I needed a recall service and ordered an oil change to receive this service, but after I left the car, I waited for 2 hours, and I asked after 2 hours, and they said i service and ordered an oil change to receive this service, but after I left the car, I waited for 2 hours, and I asked after 2 hours, and they said it would take another 2 hours, so I couldn't wait any longer. I asked to cancel it, and they replied that they would check it, and they said that the service was already completed 5 minutes later. What's more absurd is that they say that my car has already completed the recall service before and I didn't need the recall service. This is a scam. More

There was not one single follow-up call the entire month. You had my car from Jack. The only time I ever received a call from him was when he was returning my call. He told me it would take a week and a half You had my car from Jack. The only time I ever received a call from him was when he was returning my call. He told me I could pick it up after 10 AM and it would be washed and cleaned and ready to go. I showed up at noon and the car had not been cleaned or washed. Extremely disappointed. All of this occurred after the magically disappeared from my car and Ruined my Engine. I had been changing my oil every 3000 miles as directed by Hyundai, And it only changed my Oil at Hyundai dealerships. There was no explanation as to how this could’ve occurred. Luckily, my car was still under warranty. I will never buy another Hyundai again. this is the second time I’ve had a mechanical failure from Hyundai, regardless of my pristine routine maintenance More
