No communication. I was supposed to get a paint job done and covered by Hyundai as well full replacement of my Cadillac converter covered by Hyundai as well due to f I was supposed to get a paint job done and covered by Hyundai as well full replacement of my Cadillac converter covered by Hyundai as well due to faulty parts. Calling the service department multiple times of schedule the paint job when I was told they would call me on a Monday. Didn’t hear back from then until Wednesday. When calling the service department apparently the only people who was aloud to speak to me was the original person who checked me in and completed my service. So everytime I called service to ask questions they always had to go and find my original technician putting me on hold for 30 mins at a time. I was told my car would be done on a Friday for the converter repair and no one called me to let me know it was either done or not. Someone finally called on a Monday asking me when I was going to pick up my car and I explained no one called to let me know it was done. Overall they just need to communicate with the customer. I shouldn’t have to be tracking down the service technician for everything and constant checking on progress of parts and services. More

Was not able to fix recall issue on first visit. Made second appointment. Upon arrival second time, service department indicated they were busy, so I would need to leave vehicle for 4-5 hours. Just ok. I went In for a scheduled oil change and it somehow took over 3+ hours. They didn’t update me or keep me informed. Told me i had A recall and no one could explain or tell me what it was for or why. Took 3+ hours and the recall wasn’t even done. I have to come back. More
Service took a little longer than i fully expected, but happy my car was taken care of. There was a miscommunication about whether shuttles were offered to and from the dealership, but was taken care of ul happy my car was taken care of.
