I took my truck, which I have used for 8 years, to this dealership. This time, it was not bad; it was Terrible. No communication on when the vehicle was to be completed I took it in at 9;41 and by 3 pm, dealership. This time, it was not bad; it was Terrible. No communication on when the vehicle was to be completed I took it in at 9;41 and by 3 pm, no one contacted me. I called them many times and was told it would be done shortly. Then I got a text saying it needed an air filter and it would be done at 6 pm. Not acceptable when I had a 1.5-hour drive home to the Keys. Then I get my truck, and it appears not much has been done. The oil is 1 quart low, the maintenance warning light is still on, and the old sticker to get an oil change is still in the window. They offered to waive all charges, but I paid for them because it was the first time I got scammed by a dealership, and I wanted to have the paperwork. More
