I am very pleased with the professional, friendly and respectful services of South Miami Fiat compared to other dealers I visited prior this one. Hector helped me making my final decision, he was very un respectful services of South Miami Fiat compared to other dealers I visited prior this one. Hector helped me making my final decision, he was very understanding and patient when it was such a difficult decision for me. Jonathan showed me the car and took me for a drive when I got in. This is our second Fiat that we have purchased from South Miami Fiat. Although our first experience (2 years ago) was great, this latest experience was fantastic. Overall the best service and most profession Miami Fiat. Although our first experience (2 years ago) was great, this latest experience was fantastic. Overall the best service and most professional staff that I have ever witnessed from any car dealership. We spent most of the Saturday there and the staff was genuinely respectful and sincere with my family and myself. We found the car we liked (500L) and they made it possible for us to drive away with it that same day from the dealership. No pressure tactics just sensibility from all employees involved. We had 2 test drives so that we could compare the different models. Our main salesman was Hector Pineiro. I must say that he was the best of all. Very knowledgeable and patient. He also speaks Italian fluently. We never felt pressure at any time from him, although he did everything possible for us to reach the final price that we were comfortable in paying, The director, Claudio Longobucco, worked very hard as well, to make sure that the final numbers could be obtained. Free espresso and meatballs were just the icing on the cake (being that I am Italian). I have, and will continue recommending this dealership to all that are in the market for a new car.
