Had a terrible experience at dealership with Rinku. She is unprofessional, rude and needs TRAINING in customer service. I canceled my transaction because of her attitude and DISRESPECTFULNESS. A few things that concerned me about this whole transaction
-she handed me the keys to the Kona to test drive. I had no idea how to even open the door as it's been 12 years since I purchased a car. Didn't explain anything in the car. I let that go.
-she talked so fast that I wasn't quite sure what she was saying. When I asked her to go over it again, she would get annoyed and comment "I told you before"
-when I left a deposit on my credit card and I questioned the extra fee, she said it's company policy and said "don't you see it right there" and showed me a fee schedule on her desk that was so small who would notice it.
(You should have mentioned the fee first and not later.)
-when I went to pick up the car I noted physical and cosmetic issues that needed repair especially the cracked rear headlight and broken rear windshield wiper. Rinku disregarded all issues that were brought to her attention even denying seeing with her eyes the obvious damage that my son and I saw.
Her attitude was " do you want the car or not, you can cancel"
So we went to the manager.
By this time I was done!
SO I CANCELED!!
