Buying a new car with minimal pressure Because I don’t live near the dealership, things could be very tough buying a new car but everyone was helpful and efficient. The whole process moved Because I don’t live near the dealership, things could be very tough buying a new car but everyone was helpful and efficient. The whole process moved very smoothly from ordering the vehicle I built to getting financing through the dealership. The only hiccup was in delivering the vehicle, which incurred a tiny flaw in the front of the hood from a pebble or some thing that hit it. I later discovered a little damage in the rear that was obviously made during transport from Europe. I finally got the card back to the dealership and Ivaylo Petrov reassured that some touch up paint would take care of the issues. I was very relieved and cannot wait to get my matching paint. He was also very understanding as I had recently lost my mother. Thumbs up ! More
