"Excellent Service "

I helped my granddaughter buy a pre-owned car a year ago, and we purchased an extended warranty. She is a college student who is also working and interning; she really needs her car to get to all those places. When her car started overheating she called the service department to see if she could bring it in right away. Her school is an hour away from the dealership and she did not want to continue driving the car but found out it would be days before it could be worked on due to an unusually high number of cars scheduled for work. When the service staff heard her story, they told her to bring it right in. They completed the work in one day so she only had to take four train rides that day instead of the many trips it would have taken had they not helped her. We really appreciated their compassion for a hard-working student! Everyone is really great at this dealership.

Aaron's customer service was exceptional in every way. He was patient while I explained to him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He encouraged me to not make a hasty decision but to test drive the automobile(s) to get a feel for them. He also gave me insight on additional amenities that would be useful for me.

"Busy girl!"

I am a busy person, but I drive 30 minutes to go to this location because they get you in and out in a timely way. They are aware of any recalls and take care of them. They check for any problems, but, don't make-up problems that aren't there, While I was waiting I browsed at the new cars. I was approached as you would hope to be if you were looking for a car, but, when I explained I was just in for service, we had an enjoyable conversation which helped to passed the time. No high pressure salesperson. I bought my car at this location and will go back when I am ready I love my Outlander!

"Bought a $29,500 car and regret it!!!! "

I thought my 2016 Outlander Sp GT was great at first.. but then I started noticing the bugs. To start off the USB port is not compatible to my iPhone 6s when I want to play music on it, it stars playing a song but when I pick one it changes and skips songs!! The song name in the screen isn't even the right one! Second, my rear view camera is great BUT the red line that is supposed to be parallel to the back of the car is slightly crooked. I made a service app Monday, 11-28-16, for an oil change and to fix these two bugs.. had to drop off my car at 2pm, 2, wasnt ready till 5pm and I live 30 minutes away. I get there and they tell me nothing is wrong with the camera... and they updated the software so it should fix the USB issue.. NO IT DID NOT GET FIXED. I called the manager of sales and he explained to me that he would get my phone number to the manager of service asap and I would get a call first thing next morning. Never got a call. My boyfriends care cost way less than mine and it has everything my car has BUT BETTER. Now I know it's not that big of a deal.. but for $30,000???? Really?! Never wasting my money on a mitsubitshi ever again. Not recommending it either. P.S. RESALE VALUE OF MY CAR IS $19,800 AND I BOUGHT IT IN JUNE 2016. I'm stuck with it. HORRRRRRIBBBLLLLEE. I have nothing against jake the employee, he was just the only name I remember.

" Mitsubishi Lover for Life"

My relationship with South Suburban Mitsubishi began in late 2010. I was looking to trade my 2002 Diamante and Jeff became my salesman. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable, he patiently guided me through the process. It was my first experience choosing and purchasing a vehicle alone. With the help of Dennis Boston, the experience was a good one and I recently returned and immediately sought out Jeff Lusk just to see what deals Mitsubishi was offering. I went in for an oil change and came out with a new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I left feeling very good about the whole process. They answered my questions and as always told me to contact them if I needed any additional information. I still get life-time oil changes as I had over the previous five (5) years. It's a good feeling to walk into an establishment and be called by your name and receive the service I always get at South Suburban. This is my 4th Mitsubishi and my 2nd purchase from South Suburban Mitsubishi. Three other family members have purchased Mitsubishi based on my recommendation.

"Bad customer service"

My daughter has been waiting for a refund for a warranty she had when she purchased her car. since she has traded the car she is due a refund. She has been calling the finance manager and she still can't get a clear answer in the status. She was to,d it would take 6-9 weeks and still nothing. We have called the manager Dennis and still no follow up from the finance team. I think it is important to treat people right and do what you say. I was a customer of mitsubishi for over 15 year in that time span I purchased 9 vehicles all of them new except one. I left the dealership and brand because of the change in customer service. It appears they are only nice if they have your business. But kindness should be forever. They have my information and I hope to get this resolved immediately or I will send this to the BBB and call the TV station.
