I thought my 2016 Outlander Sp GT was great at first.. but then I started noticing the bugs. To start off the USB port is not compatible to my iPhone 6s when I want to play music on it, it stars playing a song but when I pick one it changes and skips songs!! The song name in the screen isn't even the right one! Second, my rear view camera is great BUT the red line that is supposed to be parallel to the back of the car is slightly crooked. I made a service app Monday, 11-28-16, for an oil change and to fix these two bugs.. had to drop off my car at 2pm, 2, wasnt ready till 5pm and I live 30 minutes away. I get there and they tell me nothing is wrong with the camera... and they updated the software so it should fix the USB issue.. NO IT DID NOT GET FIXED. I called the manager of sales and he explained to me that he would get my phone number to the manager of service asap and I would get a call first thing next morning. Never got a call. My boyfriends care cost way less than mine and it has everything my car has BUT BETTER. Now I know it's not that big of a deal.. but for $30,000???? Really?! Never wasting my money on a mitsubitshi ever again. Not recommending it either.
P.S. RESALE VALUE OF MY CAR IS $19,800 AND I BOUGHT IT IN JUNE 2016. I'm stuck with it. HORRRRRRIBBBLLLLEE. I have nothing against jake the employee, he was just the only name I remember.
