The most shiesty place I’ve ever been to. They opened a credit card without my mother’s consent and used $1,500.00. My sales rep was Deno Moore who did an amazing job throughout the whole process. As I am writing this review three months later, I needed some guidance and help to take my car to another Toyota dealership (Prosper area) since I live too far from South Toyota. Deno Moore (my initial sales representative) and Andres Mata over the finance department made sure that I was well taken care of. Andres Mata even called over the dealership where I was servicing my car to make sure everything will run smoothly. This is why I can confirm that "South Toyota" is a family oriented dealership. Hands down to both of these Gentleman. More

less than a star would be more appropriate. i took my car with 400 mils to check the ac after confirming the warranty. the next day i got called from my service adviser that the car is ready an i took my car with 400 mils to check the ac after confirming the warranty. the next day i got called from my service adviser that the car is ready and asked me to pay for it. when i asked why he did not call me to tell me about the charge and that is not covered my Toyota, se said never mid pay for the diagnostic fee195. he never told about no diagnostic fee but he insisted that he told me and his manager took his side. the offered no there solution beside pay the fee or leave the car there. the customer there is not always right, if you are ok with that then this you place. defiantly not mine. It's June now, I bought my tacoma from them in March and still have not recieved my registration. DPS has no record of it being submitted. I've called them in the past when my temps expired and they keep t still have not recieved my registration. DPS has no record of it being submitted. I've called them in the past when my temps expired and they keep telling me my registration should be at my home in 2 days. Here it is 3 temp tags and 3 months later and no registration. Yesterday, 05/09/23, I called again to find a status. I was passed around and ignored for for over 90 minutes, hung up on 4 times while on hold, and finally told I would get a call back later that day. No call. No tags. Totally neglected. Probably because I had bought the truck, closed the deal, and drove off the lot. They took my money, gave me a truck and have completly rejected my inquiries. When I asked to speak to a manager they pass me around to a service writer who put me on hold only to hang up on me. These people put on a pretty front, but I am not getting the service that I paid for and am winding up with an unregistered car. More
