I came to the car dealership to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. The finance company would not finance it but thank God for Brandy Polk, she helped us find the perfect car which turned out to be a Kia soul Durango. From how to raise the top to complex off-road driving technical Rubicon features, and eco Diesel details... mind blowing for any of us who have visited other dealers and seen the deer in the headlights look when you ask a simple question about differences in models... I wouldn’t consider buying another Jeep from another dealership or Brandy. My initial contact over the phone was able to complete my trade assessment before I arrived. The Jeep I enquired about was pulled up and ready for me to look at. From the test drive to the final paint coating, I literally felt like a VIP. They almost anticipated my thoughts and needs. I have bought several Jeeps, and dozens of other new cars. I have never experienced anything close to this experience. All I can say is that this dealer actually does everything ALL of the other dealers advertise (and don’t do)! I literally went home and checked their inventory for another Jeep for my wife! As a result of my experience, I will be driving past three other Jeep dealerships to work with their service department, as my experience with them had been impressive as well! Simply amazing! More
