I have a suspicion they did not change my oil. After paying for my oil change and being walked to my vehicle I proceeded to pop the hood and check my oil. The dipstick came out black. I then spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager and he assured me that diesel engine oil is black. On top of this ridiculous statement they failed to use my provided oil and oil filter. I then insisted on watching them do the job correctly. While watching them perform the oil change I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism through out the shop. More than one worker was on their phone and smoking. I did not expect this at a dodge dealership. I will not be returning and do not recommend this dealership. On a positive note, they were polite and treated me with respect despite how upset I was when I found the mistakes. More
