Appointment scheduling is the reason for 4 stars. Called the call center, appointment made. Upon checking in I was redirected to the Super Duty area with them saying, “this is the reason the call center can the call center, appointment made. Upon checking in I was redirected to the Super Duty area with them saying, “this is the reason the call center cannot schedule our appointments”. Come to find out technicians go home at 5pm and it was already 430. The dealership needs to rectify this problem as fuel price increases and getting customers trust and faith in the dealership. Wonder if the service manager will take note of this, personally contacting me or let this go. More
