My 2022 Kia Sportage just broke down one day with engine failure on November 7, 2024. They wouldn’t even look at my car for over a month. It’s now January 13th (over 3 months later) and I still don’t have m failure on November 7, 2024. They wouldn’t even look at my car for over a month. It’s now January 13th (over 3 months later) and I still don’t have my car back. BEWARE: They ONLY cover a loaner vehicle for 10 days even when the issue is covered by the warranty. So if you buy a Kia you’re stuck paying rental fees for months to fix issues that should not have happened to a 2-3 year old vehicle that was bought in new condition at the same dealership you’re seeking service from. Car broke down after 2 months of having it. Bought it used from Kia Williamsburg. They didn’t check the engine thoroughly and consequently had my warranty claim denied. I had to have the car to Bought it used from Kia Williamsburg. They didn’t check the engine thoroughly and consequently had my warranty claim denied. I had to have the car towed to Williamsburg to have a real technician perform actual diagnostics on it where they found metal shavings in the oil. I am a single parent with 2 kids and haven’t had a car for almost a month as a result of the incompetence of your technician. More
