I came in for an inspection. I live on a fixed income. The representative was not happy when I said I would change a tag bulb myself and save $39. He was going to charge $43. It was the only thing that would get my car rejected. I said I would get the bulb, change it, and come back. He said I would not get seen again today. He seemed bothered that I didn’t want to pay for something I could do myself. The cost may not have been a lot to him but it was to me. More
