My interaction was with Mark, and, as in the past, he was professionally business-like. I appreciate that. There was not a record of the appointment that I had made for service the week prior, and Mark mad professionally business-like. I appreciate that. He was spot on in his assessment of the time that would be required to perform the service (125K recommended maintenance items plus replacement of two worn-out wheel bearings). The Courtesy Van driver got me to my doctor appointment on time and returned me to the Service Department to find my Subaru ready for departure - AND, it had been washed!
