I took my car in this morning because one of my parking lights would not go off. I was concerned that it would drain my battery. I am familiar with my car and since it is 15 years old and sometimes the ra lights would not go off. I was concerned that it would drain my battery. I am familiar with my car and since it is 15 years old and sometimes the rain effects the electrical systems. When I got to the dealership the issue had resolved itself. I needed an oil change and was scheduled for an appointment in mid October. This was the first appointment available, even though it was 6 weeks out. I really needed to get the oil changed sooner since I was going on vacation before that date and would be in a remote location where I was concerned about the local mechanics being able to work on my Mini Cooper. Troy was wonderful!!! He was very busy with several customers, but took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to get my oil changed while I waited. He was calm, professional and friendly. Be assured that I will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone I meet! More

Great service center! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I always wait there on my car while it is being serviced and it is usually takes around an hour. Car sat at dealership for 3 weeks with no updates and very little explanation from the service manager. After the first week I was told I was second in line but it was a lie. Found another mechanic who fixed it within 2 days. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Wont return or recommend. Also every single time I called Harold over the 3 week period it went to voicemail despite every time I went in and the service area was never busy. More
