"Wasted an hour an a half on my time"

Oil change and tire rotation. Told would have to wait 1hr 15 min. 2 hrs and 20 min. Later went to check on my car or reschedule. Was told car was done,they must have just finished my paperwork. Paid for service. Looked at invoice in at 8:53 am done at 9:06 am. I'm leaving at 10 :25am. So unless you are prepared to sit for about an hour and a half for no reason, service your car elsewhere. My time is just as valuable

"Quick and easy service appointment"

Called to see by chance if there was an opening for an oil change and tire sensor check. They fit me in and the work was completed within the time promised. Sensor issue was a nail in the tire. Patched and repaired for no charge. Definitely recommend dealing with Shayan with your service needs.

"Service Failed to Identify Bad Battery"

2014 Nissan Versa under warranty. Would not start. Service manager told me there was no issue including no issue with battery. Told me it was my fault that I must have left the lights on. Next day I was stranded and had to pay $200 for emergency battery replacement. Auto zone tested the battery for free and found it was bad. Auto Zone did a better service job than Southlake Nissan. To top it off the Nissan service manager Randy told me he would not reimburse for the emergency battery cost. They cost me 4 hours of aggravation and $200 for a car under warranty. My advice is take your vehicle anywhere else but not to Southlake Nissan.

"Randy & his Service Department are the best! "

Every time I come in, I am in and out quickly and Randy always takes care of everything above and beyond what you can imagine. He always has a smile for his customers, and goes beyond what is expected. He has on many occasions made sure to fit me in (when I've called last minute) so that I could get my oil changed or sensor fixed even when he is booked. There is only one word for Randy: AWESOME!
