We have been purchasing Nissans from Southlake Nissan for 30 years. The reason we keep coming back is the excellence of the service department. The service manager, Randy is excellent. Our routine service is performed promptly and efficiently. We are treated with kindness and respect. We are also usually greeted by the owner Michael Kors. This is a great service department!

My wife got a flat tire. Called Randy at nissan and he gave me the number for her to call for roadside service. The next day I took the tire into the service center and Randy took care of us. We got a new tire and it was ready when we returned from breakfast. Kudos to the team.

"Wasted an hour an a half on my time"

Oil change and tire rotation. Told would have to wait 1hr 15 min. 2 hrs and 20 min. Later went to check on my car or reschedule. Was told car was done,they must have just finished my paperwork. Paid for service. Looked at invoice in at 8:53 am done at 9:06 am. I'm leaving at 10 :25am. So unless you are prepared to sit for about an hour and a half for no reason, service your car elsewhere. My time is just as valuable
