I went into KIA of North Austin. I was met by a salesman named Delane Sheppard. It was the last day February. I told him I was going to purchase a KIA today or a Subaru. I came at the end of the month because I know that's when you can get the best deal. I got him down from $43465 to $38465. Then on the test drive I found a price sticker that had been removed that listed it for $38465. I showed it to Delane Sheppard, he blew it off. Now I feel I was taken advantage of. Then Delane Sheppard told me I would get a call for customer service rating. He told me that if I gave him a positive rating he would tint my windows for free. I called him afterward and he said he hadn't seen that I had received the review. Don't get me wrong the KIA Sportage is awesome and I love it! I feel I was taken advantage of by Delane Sheppard.
