This was my second purchase through Southwest. I walked in and got a great price on the car I was looking at and a awesome price on my trade in. I didn't even have to play any numbers game with them. Let me just point out something that is VERY rare when purchsing a new vehicle-- at no point in the process of did I feel any pressure! I was even urged to not go ahead with the purchase if I didn't want purchsing a new vehicle-- at no point in the process of did I feel any pressure! So nice to know as well if someone doesn't have an answer right away that you won't be lied to just to get strongarmed into buying. The staff was very helpful, I was even introduced to the service team and given the roadside assistance program information on the advisor's card! Great warranty, great service, GREAT car!
