My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates. Experience was absolutely phenomenal. Our sales person Mr Jose Delara was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs.
