Bad Experience I found the used car I wanted on their web site and unfortunately it was located in Lordstown and would be transferred to the Amherst dealership for m I found the used car I wanted on their web site and unfortunately it was located in Lordstown and would be transferred to the Amherst dealership for me to test drive on Saturday. I showed up and was told the car was not transferred and I should look at other cars on the lot. I was promised the car would be transferred at no cost or obligation to me. I feel the their plan was never to transfer the car I wanted but to just get me into the dealer to look at other cars. More

I sent an inquiry via the internet an By happenstance I drove by Spitzer's Chevrolet in Amherst, Ohio and noticed a car that I might be interested in. I sent an inquiry via the internet and was responded to in very short order. I was invited to come see the car. This is where I met Nancy Fisk. She was cordial and very efficient. Within an hour we had a deal and I was the owner of a Porsche! The paperwork was seamless and as soon as my bank cut the check I drove it home. I will definitely do business and Spitzer again. More
