Victor greeted us as we entered the dealership. We sat and discussed what our needs were for a new vehicle. Got us set up for a test drive of a Palisade with the options we were interested in. He also asked Justin to test drive our trade in for its value. Then they wrote us up a tentative deal for a new vehicle. We wanted to check out a couple other suvs and said we would call Victor in a couple days. We made our decision on the Palisade and called Victor and they had sold our vehicle we test drove as we did not put a deposit down. He offered to find us another with the same options in my color choice if we put down a deposit and it was there the next day! Great service and communication and we scheduled our Palisade purchase pick up day and time. Don’t be afraid of the “construction” at the Hyundai dealership as they are there and ready to assist you in your vehicle needs. We will see Victor when we pick up our license plates in a few days.
