Why Not to Purchase a Car Pre-Sales: Enjoyable pre-sales experience. - Would remove previous owners data from stereo/navigation system before pickup - Would update GPS nav Pre-Sales: Enjoyable pre-sales experience. - Would remove previous owners data from stereo/navigation system before pickup - Would update GPS navigation system data. - Couldn't locate second set of keys but would find. Pickup: Service Center did a great job of detailing the car - and cleared previous owner data. - As far as we can tell the GPS is up to date - Sales still couldn't locate second set of keys, will send with plates. Post Sales: This is where it falls apart. - Been hard to get ahold of - slow to return calls, can take multiple calls. sigh. - We were told the plates AND THE KEYS were being mailed well over 2.5 weeks ago. Nope. - When they didn't show in a week, we called, no return. Waited a few more days, left another message, no return. Waited a few more days, got the "I really don't know what could've happened". - Finally, last Thursday when I was asking my husband if we could return the car, he got ahold of our sales person, who said she had given them to the girls in back to mail. (pass the buck). - Magically, this Monday the license plates showed up, post marked Thursday, the day he called. - There is still NO second set of keys. Sigh. - Called today, mailbox is full This is our second purchase from St. Cloud Toyota, seriously doubt there will be a third. More
