"Tony Trouten is done with GM and Staffilino"

After this 2014 Rustarado, that i bought at Shaftilino,.I will not be buying anymore GM products! I bought it and took it back immediately because it sounded like it had a bad exhaust leak and the undercoating had failed and the frame was rusting! I ended up taking it back like 6 times for this problem,.All under factory warranty! Staffilino has a garage full of deaf ASE certified mechanics apparently,. and if i hadnt contacted GM corporate,.it would have never got fixed! They did change the fuel pump for no reason and got paid by the warranty company! It ended up taking almost 2 years and 2 specialists from Indiana to diagnose and fix an exhaust manifold leak! PATHETIC!!!! Now that they seem to have it fixed finally,. i want the truck plugged in and checked, to see if the 12k miles that i ran off with this manifold leak, caused any damage to the O2 sensors, Valves, etc. My average fuel mileage went from 14 to 19 in the last week and 200 miles! Corporate representative Dani C, tells me that unfortunately, my truck is now out of factory warranty and that i would have to pay for any diagnostics!!! The undercoating was also reported under factory warranty and was never addressed, other than to tell me i had to wait on the "special coating" to come in! Must be a heck of a back order, because 2 years and i still havent got the call!! This too is now out of factory warranty and on a quiet night,.I can hear the truck, rusting in the driveway!! I'm going to run the crap out of this junk,.until my extended warranty is about to expire and then will trade it in on a new Dodge Ram. The carfax on this truck looks like a build sheet from all the recalls and issues and the dealership has seen my last dollar spent there! Most pathetic, shrewd, crooked dealer in the state of Ohio,.IMO!! "We can do that, We Do that, We Did that!!!"

We had bought our vehicle just 3 months ago and the entire rear brake system failed. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with Mark the Service Manager. We spoke of possible towing arrangements and loaner options, which he had none available at the time. He informed me to call the next day to speak with the owner for the loaner authorization. I called and spoke with Joe Staffilino Sr. who was friendly and promptly made arrangements for me to have things taken care of. We got our vehicle there and left it in Mark's hands at 3:00 p.m. While we waited we were able to speak directly with Joe Sr. about concerns we had had over the sales process that had us so upset over the situation we were currently in. He took the time to explain each detail and exactly whose responsibility it was. He acknowledged that the salesperson should have made us aware so that with that information we could then make our decision in a more educated fashion, even if it meant we would not purchase the vehicle from them. This admittance and information of the process was much appreciated. Our vehicle was fixed, everyone was courteous, by 5:00 p.m. we were on our way and the service was above and beyond. Thank you Joe Sr. and all your crew. You can do that, you do that and you did that!!! Keep it up and anyone reading this get to Staffillino to buy a new or used vehicle or get it serviced.

"Service with a smile!"

Brought our 2017 Cruze in for scheduled maintenance (which was free, thank you Chevrolet!) and were greeted promptly in their enclosed drop off area. We spent less than an hour waiting for the oil change and tire rotation to be completed and took advantage of the lounge which had cable tv, free wifi and fresh coffee. Everyone was very friendly and customer focused. Will definitely recommended this dealership to everyone!

"I purchased my car, at Staffalino's. My car kept..."

I purchased my car, at Staffalino's. My car kept overheating, so I took my car to Staffalino's service dept. I figured, since I bought my car, there, and they were a Chevy dealership, they would be able to figure, out what the problem, was with my vehicle. First, they said, they thought it was my radiator, so it was tested, and it was fine. Then they tested the water pump, and it was fine. Then they said it was the timing, so they redid the timimg, and it still was overheating. Then they told me they thought it was the head, and they sent it out to be tested. Then they said it was, fine. Then, they said it was a burn out hole in the intake manifold. They call me after, having my vehicle for 3 weeks, to come get it. When I talk to Chris, service manager, he told me, that they had to take the head off, to get to the manifold, which was a lie, because the head, doesnot need to be removed, to fix that. They are charging me for labor, for them to guess, at what is overheating my car. They also charged me for parts, that they didn't even tell me that they were replacing. My total for service, is $2,130, and $600 of it was for parts. They charged $100 an hour for labor. I do not recommend, anyone to this service station. Not only did they have my vehicle for 3 weeks, I had to pay for a car rental for those 3 weeks. Joe Staffalino,had no consideration, for the aggravation, and inconvenience I went through, after buying my vehicle there, and waiting 3 weeks, for my vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle, there, again, and I highly recommend, to future customers, to reconsider, buying your vehicle, there, because, they will sell you a vehicle, but they donot care, if you have issues with it, in the future.
