Zero stars isn’t an option. It’s the customers fault they don’t know what parts go on the trucks they sell. Upon finally agreeing to return the parts, I drive them over an hour, and because the box that the other boxes came in wasn’t with me they refused to give me the check. I drove another hour, and got the box that the boxes came in, (which was missing a side from being in the rain but had all the barcodes). They still refused refund process initially because I gave them 3/4 of a box that the boxes came in for a Brembo brake set. A brake set that didn’t fit in the at4x rim that they said would. Upon finally handing me a check it was for an incorrect amount. More

Stay away. They give you a verbal sight unseen quote to get you there and then after finding additional scratches Low ball you. At that point you're so aggravated you just want to be done. My husband was due to trade in his GMC Sierra... went and looked at inventory. He ended up leasing a new GMC Sierra and is thrilled with his new vehicle. While there I decided to look at a used Jeep Wrang looked at inventory. He ended up leasing a new GMC Sierra and is thrilled with his new vehicle. While there I decided to look at a used Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot and I took it for a test drive. Working with Greg and Tyler Smith, we ended up turning in my GMC lease and trading in my Mazda Miata and purchasing the Jeep Wrangler and my husband swapped out his GM lease for a new one all in one day. Greg and Tyler were extremely patient and the whole process was so efficient. The show room was immaculate. We went in for one car and ended up getting two. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the efficiency of Star GMC of Easton. From the sales person right on to the finance person and the GM we were extremely impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism. Star has the BEST staff... In the matter of just a few phones calls, I was able to get the exact deal I wanted from Star GMC, with no hassles, arguments or protracted negotiations, unlike those other dealers. I appreciated working with Andrew over the phone and via email, he has strong knowledge of the overall lease process and got all his numbers right the first time. When I arrived to close the deal, Andrew let me test drive a few different models and gave me as much time as I needed to inspect all the features. Signing the actual paperwork took less then 15 minutes, and even with multiple test drives I was out of the dealer in under 3 hours with my new vehicle. Definitely recommend Star & Andrew, although be prepared for alot of "Rock-Ons" *** Update: 3 days after I purchased this vehicle, GMC announced a $1500 reduction on the MSRP of all 2020 3.0L Duramax Serria's. I am quite dissappointed I wasn't given any advance notice of this change and I think it's inappropriate for GMC to devalue the product for all the existing owners. As such I am adjusting my rating.
