First the good part, the dealership wrote up a new finance deal at a lower rate. Now the bad part, the dealership sold me an extended warranty the service department would not acknowledge. I'm stuck w finance deal at a lower rate. Now the bad part, the dealership sold me an extended warranty the service department would not acknowledge. I'm stuck with a service plan that I can not use. Fraudulent sale of a product the service department would not acknowledge. No apology. You will not like the end result. Good luck if you shop there. Buyer beware. I faxed a resolution and agreement which they also would not accept. More
