Need better communication to set expectations. I got multiple calls and text messages to schedule an appointment. So I booked an appointment only to find out they can't do anything have to order t I got multiple calls and text messages to schedule an appointment. So I booked an appointment only to find out they can't do anything have to order the part. This is a big inconvenience as now I have to find another to come back which is hard with small kids. Maybe offer pick up service if it is going to take multiple visits to fix one issue More
