I had called to speak to the business office to cancel my GAP policy and had to use different phone options to them ask someone for the business office. I left vm’s starting 11/26/24 and despite calling and leaving vm’s, never received a return call. I had to physically make an appearance to dealer on 12/4/24 to get what I needed. I didn’t appreciate that. Additionally, I have called Adam and lvm to set up a time to discuss my cars technology and also have never received a return call. Unfortunately I used someone other than Adam to address my concern. The reason for this survey was not related to the above. I had a service appt with Timothy Day who was fabulous. He kept me updated on work being done. He explained how to obtain help in the future. He’s was nice and friendly too. I also worked with Escobedo the day before when I had to show up to the dealership about technology since Adam never returned my called. Escobedo was very helpful and helped explain my issue and that is how I ended up making this service appt. Service was 5/5 stars yesterday. The 3/5 star rating was for the other issues. More

Service is terrible. I scheduled my 2.5 year old RX350 for repair of a self diagnosed axle seal/transmission leak. I waited 4 hours for them to tell me I was right and th I scheduled my 2.5 year old RX350 for repair of a self diagnosed axle seal/transmission leak. I waited 4 hours for them to tell me I was right and the cost was $633. I told them it was under warranty. They said I was right but the repair would have to be approved. They said parts were available, but it could not be done until the following day and they would give me a loaner. I called the next day and they said parts were not available and it would be ready the following day. The next day they said parts arrived late and it would be ready the following day. I expect better service from a Lexus dealer. I’ve had slow disorganized service for all my regular service visits. I took the RX350 in for my 35,000 mile tire rotation with reservation and it took them 2 hours. The service tech apologized because it took so long. I hope their service people are trained and I don’t have problems with the repairs. More
