John Montgomery was extremly helpful to my sister when she found herself in need of a car. She had been disabled a few years earlier, and in the process found herself in some financial trouble. Although she found herself in need of a car. She had been disabled a few years earlier, and in the process found herself in some financial trouble. Although she had corrected that, she could not leave the history of it behind and found getting any kind of financing to be very hard. Mr. montgomey had an incredible approach to the situation. He was very empathetic to her situation and showed no judgement regarding her financial situation. He went way beyond the call of duty and made sure she got the car she wanted, and also got her financed at a rate that I could have never dreamed anyone could do. More

Jeff Reid was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. The car was a surprise gift for my daughter's sixteenth (16th) birthday. Hello, my name is Temika Warren and I purchased a Kia Optima with Paul Cerame Kia about 3 weeks ago. I first started online and received 2 exceptional employees named Sharon Dash and Joe Varone. Not on Optima with Paul Cerame Kia about 3 weeks ago. I first started online and received 2 exceptional employees named Sharon Dash and Joe Varone. Not only were they not in competition for my sale but they worked very close together to make sure that I received the best deal. I went in on a Saturday morning, Sharon made my time very comfortable and by that afternoon they found someone to finance me. I didn't go in until Monday evening and low and behold MY new car was pulling up on the truck!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to visit Paul Cerame and not to speak with anyone but Sharon or Joe. They never hounded me , nor made me feel as though I didn't have choices to see other dealerships but was very confident in their company and their skills to be the best! I am very grateful my car buying experience was easy, nice and comfortable. Thank you Paul Cerame for having 2 exceptional employees on your team! My name is Isaac Lewis, and I am very big on customer service.... it is becoming a lost art. So it is very pleasant when I come in contact with great service these days. I spoke with Sharon Dash during t service.... it is becoming a lost art. So it is very pleasant when I come in contact with great service these days. I spoke with Sharon Dash during the week of 2/22, she advised me to fill out an online finance contract with Kia, and I did this on 2/23/2013. We spoke the following Monday, on Wednesday 2/27/2013 I drove off in a new car. During this process, I was made to feel like the most important person in the facility. All in all my experience was very enjoyable... and that's what you need when making life decisions such as purchasing a new vehicle these days. Joe Varone has a way of making you feel at ease during a very important decision on buying a new car. He went out of his way to get you the best available deal you could possibly get.If I could give him all very important decision on buying a new car. He went out of his way to get you the best available deal you could possibly get.If I could give him all 10's ,I would do it ,no problem. He made sure I got to see the service department and met people on that side of buying a new car. Was very professional and didn't try to hard sell me something I didn't want. I've had that happen before and never went back to that dealer since. That was in 2000 . The salesman can make or break your deal and I feel very strongly that Joe was exceptional.
