Russ was very friendly and welcoming when I came in. The only reason I put that the service was Good and not Great was because my car's interior was not very clean after. If you know you want a Lexus (and why wouldn't you?!) then don't waste your time at any other dealer in the Denver area. Be sure to ask for Adam Fedak. Frederick may sound far north from Denver, but it's an easy drive up I-25 and with the 75mph speed limit you can really test drive your new ride. I also loved that Adam connected me with others working at the dealership to ask questions from their personal experience in owning the cars I was looking at. Everyone was pleasant and fun. My only complaint was that it turned into a very long day and I wish they'd had some snacks while we were waiting on all the paperwork. I'm actually looking forward to taking my car back for scheduled service so I can say hi everyone. More

I had talked to Chris on the phone prior to coming to the dealership (we live 200miles away) and he had the cars we wanted to test drive w welcomed. I had previously had a LX570 and was thinking of a smaller car which we test drove but once I got back in the 570 I knew it was what I wanted and Chris was great in informing me of all the advantages of the 570 for mountain driving (our location). He never pressured us into a sale. He was courteous and absolutely wonderful to work with. He has us as cusomers for life and anyone interested in a Lexus we will send Chris's way. All Car sales people should have his warmth and understanding of individuals and the vehicles they are selling. More
