Ian, my service manager and Bob, the parts manager, were outstanding at Toyota East! They BOTH went above and beyond to ensure my stolen catalytic converter was replaced in a very timely manner. Thumbs DOWN the WORST experience I have had with any dealership service department! I called ahead to make my appointment, then a representative called me to confirm my appointment, so I thought I was g dealership service department! The day of my appointment came, I showed up on time, the place was a zoo! No one greeted me, so I went to the service desk, stood there for a good 20-30 minutes and still no one acknowledged me, everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally, one guy made eye contact and offered to assist me. He said he couldn't find the appointment and then asked me if I could leave my truck over night because they weren't going to be able to take care of it that day. xxx, I was not happy! I held up my end of the process, drove clear across the city to get there, arrived on time, was ignored, then finally told they couldn't keep their end of the deal! Plus, if I would have agreed to leave my truck there, they could not give me an approximate time of completion or even give me loaner vehicle to get home. They wasted my time and gas plus inconvenienced me by expecting me to figure out alternate transportation. All for a simple maintenance service request... Completely unacceptable!!! More
