I had my Alternator replaced at Stingray Chevrolet, when I got my truck back it was not running right I got halfway home the engine light came on I didn't realize they did not hook up my mass air flow senso I got my truck back it was not running right I got halfway home the engine light came on I didn't realize they did not hook up my mass air flow sensor or my breather tube from my filter box to the plentum, I took it to my normal mechanic and he put everything back together and cleared the code, I also feel that I overpaid , after I got it home I called another Chevy dealership told him what I had done the price that they quoted me was about $100 less, I can say the fact that they give you a rental / loaner vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced definitely helps More
We have nothing but good things to say about the service we receive. We are disappointed in the Silverado that we purchased October 2019. We haven't owned it a year, we were stranded in Panama City becau we receive. We are disappointed in the Silverado that we purchased October 2019. I feel this should have been covered under warranty but we were told since it was under $200....we were responsible. The total was $190. I am sadly disappointed! More
