The vehicle I purchased was advertised as a clean one-owner vehicle, and it met with all of my expectations. I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and it came with a full tank of gas, as promised. I was sill happy after the 1,500 mile trip from Georgia back to New Mexico. My wife bought a 2010 Jetta S from Rick Kiker last month. That experience was a really smooth and positive experience, which immensely influenced my decision to purchase my 2011 Golf from Rick and Dwight Harrison. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and low-key. I met the Dwight and his son Ron son and a couple more gentlemen. The receptionist is very professional, etc etc etc. Our first experience was so wonderful that when I needed to replace my 2002 Dodge Dakota, Rick was the first person I called/visited. His service the second time around was even better than the first time. I visited a used car dealer whom I have known for a long time and another VW dealer, who did not come close to Dwight Harrison's offer. No haggling, just a little arm-twisting on my part. When I had difficulty getting a replacement title for the sale of my truck, Rick was right there. He picked me up from Carmax, even though I had not sold my truck as planned. And we even closed the deal the next day, even though I had not sold the truck. That's where Curt came in. He handled the financing so smoothly that I didn't really realize I had bought and financed a 'new' car. I do have one small complaint, though. My carport door opener will not fit in the overhead compartment. What a bummer! Rick and everyone at the Dwight Harrison were almost too good to be true. This was very congenial and I looked forward to visiting him when I was to be in the Atlanta area for Thanksgiving with my son who lives near Snellville. Rick was out of town but a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable young salesman named Kevin Maloney went out of his way to assist my wife and myself. When our offer was accepted, we had the pleasure of closing the purchase of our Sportwagen with Ken Bohannon. He carefully and professionally explained all the details of our contract to our full understanding. While we waited to see Ken Bohannon, Kevin very carefully explained the use of the Sportwagen and its equipment. This proved to be exceptionally valuable, as we were to leave early the next morning for a 500 mile drive back to Kentucky! Our thanks to all of you at Dwight Harrison Volkswagen for a job well done. I negotiated my 2011 VW Tiguan completely on line with Ken Bohannon at Dwight Harrison VW in Snellville. I got my best price and best customer service from this dealership. The other Atlanta area VW dealerships were unimpressive. Marietta wanted to play games with scratch off discount cards, Chamblee didn't have internet access to the salesman we test drove a VW with, Gossett claimed to have the best price in town but turned out to be the highest, and the one in Lithia Springs was completely inept overall. We met with Ken Bohannon when we showed up to inspect, test drive, and purchase the VW Tiguan. He told us he had just 'unwrapped' the vehicle, had it washed and inspected in preparation for our arrival. The purchase process was quick and easy and Ken was patient with all of our requests. He took me out to the car to connect my phone to the blue tooth option and showed how to use the features of the car. He made sure the tank was full before we drove off. Our experience was very positive. My husband is talking about getting a Jetta when he replaces his vehicle. We will be going back to this dealership at that point. More
