Impressed with the dealership from initial contact I was interested in a used car. My wife initially saw that they had the model we were looking for and a sales manager texted some pics. I had some q I was interested in a used car. My wife initially saw that they had the model we were looking for and a sales manager texted some pics. I had some questions a few days later and initiated contact with Wayne Martini in sales. He immediately answered my questions about the car. I met him to look at the vehicle later that day. He had pulled the car around anticipating the visit and made sure it was charged up (hybrid). As I looked through the car, Wayne went above and beyond to ensure I was able to inspect it thoroughly and was completely satisfied with it's current condition. When we went to work out a deal, they came out with pricing that was very straightforward. After a couple of iterations finding a price we were both satisfied with, We struck a deal. At this point- I will add that I had tried to work out a deal on similar cars at other dealer (2 different ones) and their tactics were laughable. (added charges, pricing with financing vs. pricing without financing, etc...). After we agreed on the price, the next day I brought them a check, they zipped me through paperwork for title and we had the car we were after. It was very refreshing to see a car dealer who respects their customer and recognizes that there is value in doing business the right way! Thank you Wayne - great work to win my business.
