The dealership personnel (John-Michael Mosqueda, salesman, Clay Garrett, sales consultant, & Brian Button, finance manager) were all fantastic, patient, & ultimately accommodating. It's a "large" financial purchase which one must do their research homework and come prepared for negotiations. I just personally loathe the auto sale process. Main reason I chose the Subaru Outback Limited? It was the best fit for my criteria of safety, resale value, & reliability.
