I got new brakes, new tires and I had to replace the front struts due to alignment issues. The brake work and tire replacement was fine. They were competitive on the tire price. They had to order a left strut and I was told they ordered the wrong one so my repair was delayed by several days. The replacements were also very expensive and I could have gotten this work done elsewhere for significantly less, I believe, but I didn't want to ruin a new set of tires with bad alignment while I went elsewhere to get the struts replaced. Subaru of Gwinnett gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. I was also told my windshield wipers were streaking and I was originally quoted $119 for wiper replacement but the standard price was something like $49 so I declined that repair. I'll assume that was a mistaken quote rather than an attempt to gouge. Overall, I've been going to Subaru of Gwinnett since I purchased my 2011 Outback from them and they've generally been great to deal with. They're certainly not the least expensive repair shop out there but their work has been reliable. More
Within 6 days the Honda Civic I wanted to purchase developed a computer malfunction. The dealership agreed to repair a dent because it was a deal-breaker.
