We were so disappointed in our service this time. After about an hour the technician came out and told us we had to have new tires due to dry rot he stated it was very dangerous to drive our car. He stated we might not even make it out of the parking lot. We then brought his attention to the fact they are still under warranty due to low mileage. He then says hold on I need to talk to my supervisor. In about 30 minutes he comes back out and apologizes saying the technician that worked on our car made a mistake and we didn’t need tires at all but would after 1 to 2 more services and the car was perfectly safe. It was obvious that Subaru just didn’t want to honor our warranty and was willing to compromise my family’s safety. We have lost all confidence in your service department . More
