My salesman was Barry Levine--a true professional that's been in the auto business 23 yrs now and represents Subaru with distinction. He knows the product--and doesn't pressure or harass you. He was an effective shield in dealing with the folks in the "pit" that present the offers. Too bad they come at you with "stupid" offers at first...and later improve them. Some must fall for those idiotic tricks....be careful. Do your research on prices and, know what your trade is worth before visiting the dealership and making a decision. Keep in mind those massive dealerships need to make a ton of money and they make it from you! With Barry's help we were able to close the gap quickly--I wasn't going to be there all day dickering on the price. Happily it all worked out. I guess that's the normal modus operandi at most dealers but shouldn't be. The Finance Manager was Jaime Gaitan. Good guy--fair--honest--efficient. It was my 2nd time with him. He helped me in 2015 as well. In/out of his office in minutes. Good luck. More

Wait seemed too long, but service was good. The service waiting area is clean, with plenty of seating and good coffee available. Staff are very friendly. The process took a little over 3 hours, which seems excessive for a prearranged 'wait' appointment. More

In my lifetime I have had many different vehicles, and in some dealership service departments they act like they are doing you a favor to service your vehicle and take your money. Every time I go for service at Subaru of Pembroke Pines , Joe Salerno makes you feel like family and truly enjoys and appreciates your business. Also a stop in side and Barry Levine always has time to chat and see how you are doing. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation yesterday, and Joe got it done and car washed on a rainy day in a very fast time. I will keep gladly keep coming back More
