At my last service I received a tire rotation and oil change. I also asked the associate to look at a paint chip that occurred at another service when they did a car wash. First the paint chip. The service manager said he believed it to be corrosion and the service department took my address and advised they would send me a paint pen when in stock. Eta was a week and that was 04/07 and it is now 05/26. Second, I believed the service was great until today when I got a screw in my tire. I went to my glove compartment to get my lock key and it is not there. The package with my lug nuts is there but not the key. During the tire rotation they used the key and did not return it. I am now at my house without a way to get the tire off my car to get repaired. This key lock never leaves the packaging or my car. I have had no other services done to my car. All service has been done at Subaru Port Richey since the purchase of my car, even buying a tire when I had a flat that couldn’t be repaired. Now I am at home, two and a half hours from your dealership with a car I can’t drive. A car I need to use for work and appointments. Free oil changes is not worth this headache. I will be getting services completed elsewhere from now on and will be purchasing from another Subaru location when the time comes. If this was a one time mistake sure. However it seems with every service there is now a mishap. More
