Subaru of Port Richey - Service Center

Been getting service done here for the past few years, one instance they said I needed new tires - when I asked why they said since I haven't replaced my factory tires (I did from another retailer the mo one instance they said I needed new tires - when I asked why they said since I haven't replaced my factory tires (I did from another retailer the month before). This last trip I had my husband bring it in, because I feel like they have always tried to oversell me (some fuel treatments I fell for). My husband said we only wanted an oil change, not a tire rotation; Justin in the service department said that this was not a problem. My husband signed the paper without them changing in. Nearly 7 hours later I hadn't heard anything so I called Justin to see if it was ready, he said "I was just about to call you!" (Yeah right, when we showed up 30 minutes later it was still dripping wet from the car wash). My husband went in to pay, and Justin told him that the service package required I get a tire rotation and that he had to pay otherwise he would not give him my vehicle. It was closing time so all managers were gone, he paid, and I called a manager, Austin, that told me to reach out Monday. I did, he explained that it was required and did not understand my concern regarding being told one service would happen, and another one actually getting done to my car. Austin got upset, said "whatever" and hung up on me. I dont care about the money at this point, but being promised one thing - getting another delivered - then being disrespected when I complain is crazy to me. Currently looking into who else will take my complaint, as I don't want this to happen to others - especially if they give you more than an unbargained for tire rotation. Looking forward to switching service centers. More

As always, a great friendly staff! ! Previous visits, when using the late night drop, there are no envelopes to deposit keys in the box, came prepared with my own this visit!! Dropped ! Dropped off my car to have a rim repaired that had been damaged at my previous visit. Made the error right and looks great again!! Spencer was very communicative to try to get me scheduled to get it done... Also had to pick up a wiper for our 2020 Forester, had the part in stock and Mike was very efficient at getting me on my way!! More
