Lokey has always been very helpful, strong commitment to customer service. A few less than positive impressions do mostly NOT relate to that particular dealership: 1) I continually receive postcards invi customer service. A few less than positive impressions do mostly NOT relate to that particular dealership: 1) I continually receive postcards inviting things like a free carwash or ? AFTER I have brought my Forester in. No use whatsoever because I won't be returning for another 6 mos & the coupon expires prior to that date. 2) Last time I was in scratched my bumper against chain link fence trying trying to pull out of extremely tight space. Realize dealership remodel causes xxxxxxbut PLEASE pull it out for me (after 8 years still have very few exterior "oopses" 3) your replacement gas caps way too spendy! More

My first visit to Subaru in Port Richey was a success due to Brett and his team taking great care of my requests in a very timely manner! I appreciate the customer friendly, efficient and positive atmospher to Brett and his team taking great care of my requests in a very timely manner! I appreciate the customer friendly, efficient and positive atmosphere when I met with Brett and spoke to different individuals on his team throughout my visit. Everyone said Hi and asked if I was being helped. I brought my car to this dealership because a friend of mine told me she was very happy with their service and had been for quite some time. After getting my car back yesterday and the windows were tinted and the oil change complete, I certainly agree with her. I’m overjoyed with the way the tinted windows look on my new Dodge Challenger! Kudos to Brett and his team for making this girl happy! More
