Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Care I have had my 2015 Chevy Silverado in SEVERAL times for an air leak in the driver's side door/window. They continued to assure me they fixed the probl I have had my 2015 Chevy Silverado in SEVERAL times for an air leak in the driver's side door/window. They continued to assure me they fixed the problem after every visit. The issue had not been fixed. The last visit 11/8/2016 they told me it was a noise due to the mirror placement and that it could not be fixed. I was told I was just going to have to "deal" with the issue on my $60,000.00 1 year old vehicle. Not only was there a lack of care or customer service but the woman I had checked in with for every visit is a complete snot. This is exactly why we opted out of buying our truck there but we didn't realize we couldn't get our warrantied vehicle serviced there either. We will never return and hope that Chevrolet investigates this dealership and makes some changes in their staff! More

Wonderful Experience Last Saturday we came into Suburban Chev looking for a vehicle that we found online. Unfortunately, the vehicle was sold the day before and the website hadn't been updated. Our salesperson Bryan Herron showed us an alternate vehicle with less miles and just about the same options. We took the vehicle for a test drive and found that the vehicle needed to get looked at in the service dept. It came back from the service dept. and test drove it again and everything was fixed. We ended up buying that vehicle and are very pleased with the service that we received. More

PERIODIC VIBRATION A couple weeks ago I noticed a periodic vibration. I took it to the dealer and a couple technicians drove it felt the vibrations but couldn't determi A couple weeks ago I noticed a periodic vibration. I took it to the dealer and a couple technicians drove it felt the vibrations but couldn't determine cause. Contacting a Chevrolet Service Manager it was determined that other dealerships have seen this problem. They replaced the transmission and the rear diff gears. I picked it up yesterday and it seems to run like new. Will take it for a road trip this weekend. More
