Very good! Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I came in for an oil change and wanted advice on my tires. Ended up getting the oil change and a new set of tires and front-end alignment. I feel the price of the tires was very competitive. Only problem I had was that I had trouble getting an appointment for the service. Seems like they were about 4-5 days out and my schedule complicated things too. Seemed like a long time out for just an oil change. Wish I could remember the names of my service advisor and shuttle driver. They were especially friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was great - on time and very nice! More

Pleasant experience After a routine oil change being performed at Suburban on my by Chevy Cruze, the service advisor at that time, Adam Arrigoni, advised me that the tec After a routine oil change being performed at Suburban on my by Chevy Cruze, the service advisor at that time, Adam Arrigoni, advised me that the technician doing the oil change had noticed an apparent transmission fluid leak. Adam suggested bringing in the car for further investigation. Two good things happened here: First, the leak was indeed spotted and reported. I doubt that an oil change performed at one of fast oil change joints would have noticed the leak and much less advised as such. Second, the inspection and any subsequent repair on the transmission would be covered under the vehicle warranty. When bringing in the car at Suburban for the transmission investigation the service advisor, Bill Sobania, professionally explained what was going to happen and answered all my questions. I was also given a loaner car. The mechanic replaced a seal and even made an alignment adjustment to the car. What's not to like in what transpired here? More

All my service work has been under Chevy's B-to-B and 5/100 power train warranty, and all at Suburban Chevy. This included a repair one of those "rare flukes" that inevitably happen in any intricate manufactured product. In a crowded market they are deserving of your business. More

Somehow they must have magically gotten better because this time around I was told that they were fine (according to the checklist they gave me). This really makes me wonder if they either wanted more money the last time or just didn’t check this time... Really makes me question if I want to continue doing my business there or not. More
