At 5:30 pm I called Suburban CDJR with non-functioning windshield washers. In MI, in January, this is a safety issue pure and simple. By 6:00 pm I was able to see a service rep, who checked it out and told me all I needed was new nozzles. I could have needed all new hoses for all I knew, but he told me it was just nozzles. They had them in stock, and the rep installed them on the spot free of charge. Admittedly it was only about ten minutes, but a place with a different attitude could easily have charged me for at least 15 minutes of labor if not more. They chose not to. On the surface it may not seem like that big a deal but it tells me a lot about how they treat customers. I'm highly satisfied.
